Broadband Projects

Pursuant to Springdale Ordinance 2021-12-1, all requests for broadband projects in the Town should be submitted to the Administrator/Clerk. Please click here to email the Admin/Clerk your application, or with any questions. 

To open any Town right-of-way (ROW), you must have a permit. To apply, fill out and submit the form linked below, along with the permit fee ($50) and any required documentaiton. We will notify you within 10 calendar days if your application is incomplete.

As of 2022, Springdale is a Broadband Forward! certified community. Created by 2015 Wisconsin Act 278, Broadband Forward! is a voluntary program to signal that the governmental body has taken steps to reduce obstacles to broadband infrastructure investment.
