MOTION (M. Spaay, M. Lamberty) to approve last year’s meeting minutes. No further discussion. 21 ayes, 0 nays. Motion carried.

MOTION (Gauger/Vana) before committing money from ATC fund, the board should solicit the public input. 
Discussion: Rosenbaum – if a group of volunteers presented a specific idea, the board would be open to it. Suggested that Gauger draft an email to go out to residents with a vision for the committee. Macindoe – how would solicitation be? Eloranta suggested that it would be on a publicly noticed town agenda. 
21 ayes. No nays. 


MOTION (Hacker/Bunn) to approve 4/21/26 as next annual town meeting. 21 ayes, 0 nays, motion carried. 

MOTION (Hacker/Hefty) to adjourn at 7:22 PM. 21 ayes, 0 nays, motion carried.
